They were both quite happy with their addition to their family. They traveled around quite a bit for the early part of Hestia’s life, traveling back and forth between Greece, Galetea’s homeland and France, Macon’s homeland in addition to other countries that his father would get transferred to. He worked for a muggle company that handled computer software, mainly dealing with learning other languages. Needless to say, Hestia learned to speek Greek, French, and English fluently by the time she was four in addition to picking up Spanish and German in their travels. She was in and out of regular schooling, and wasn’t told much about her mother’s schooling, that was until she turned eleven. Which was when she was told all about her mother being a witch and her mother’s years at a school called Hogwarts. Hestia was suddenly caught in the whirlwind of her imagination…could she be a witch? Her suspicions were confirmed at the beginning of the next school year when she received her letter from Beauxbatons. Truthfully, Galetea was a little disappointed that her daughter did not get into Hogwarts, but nonetheless encouraged her daughter to pursue magic as a path. So, she did. And Hestia loved magic very much, but not so much going to Beauxbatons. She didn’t much care for the girls there, too girly for her taste, and especially the uniforms. While attending this school, she heard all about Voldermort and decided that he was an awful awful man and grew to think of Harry in a fond manner even though she had never met him. Once she was done with schooling, she became a member of the Order of the Pheonix and helped out there as much as she could. Her dreams came true when she got to protect Harry as he moved to the location of the Order the summer before his fifth year in order to protect him from Voldermort. From there, she worked closely in the Order until the end of the second war. Growing close to the other Order members, she secretly fell in love with Charlie, despite their limited interaction and her inability to completely trust another human being. At first she tried to shake it off, thinking it was nothing more than a crush, but then when she and Charlie started working more closely together, her feelings became undeniable. And apparently he liked her as well. They began dating in secret at first, not sure of how people would react to it, what with the war and everything with his family going on. During the war, Charlie decided to make something very important to him public. He proposed to Hestia, who accepted the proposal with misty eyes and that September they were married. Since then, they have been married for a few months and have moved back to Romania, where Charlie continued his work at the Dragon Reservation and she assisted him, also doing research for the Reservation. Occupational History: Worked in the Order, mostly dealing with Research, currently works at the Romainian Longhorn Dragon Reservation Goals: Have a happy life with Charlie Appearance: Hestia Jones has the looks of her mother and the smarts of her father, or at least that’s what everyone tells her. She has nearly black hair and striking light blue eyes which pop against her pale skin. Her nose is small and doesn’t stand out too much, in fact, she’s quite proud of her nose. She thinks it’s wonderful. She has a thin oval shaped face that is easy on the eyes and places focus on the mouth and eyes. Her lips are of normal size and shape, but on occasion she will wear red lipstick that make her lips the focus of everyone’s attention. Hestia used to be accused of being skin and bones, but now people know better. Despite her girlish figure, she can hold her own and is not afraid of very much of anything. Her hair is naturally wavy, though sometimes she straightens it. Her cheeks are usually rosy, something Hestia doesn’t much care for. Her personality is fierce and feisty. She loves a challenge as well as a good read. She isn’t the girliest girl around, so if you’re looking for that kind of woman, you’d better look elsewhere. Usually, she is afraid of letting her guard down, afraid of getting hurt, so if she lets you in, it means she trusts you a lot. She isn’t afraid of being funny either, usually sarcasm is her way of dealing with most of everyone, so don’t think she’s rude, it’s just her personality coming out. The only girly thing she does on a regular basis is take care of plants. She loves them and would do anything just to live in the peaceful countryside with a great garden. Strengths: Charlie. Hestia is quick to act and think. She has great time management skills. Weaknesses: She is slow to let anyone in her private space.
